Experience: 5-8 years in MEP and specialized services
Qualifications: Engineering degree required
Responsibilities:
Manage technical and non-technical service contracts
Maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors
Ensure material and service availability for building operations
Provide monthly reports to FM Admin
- 2. Facility Supervisor
Experience: 5-8 years in MEP and specialized services
Qualifications: Engineering diploma required
Responsibilities:
Train team members and enhance job satisfaction
Update CAFM system regularly
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- 3. Housekeeping Supervisor
Experience: 5-8 years managing housekeeping and soft services
Responsibilities:
Manage outsourced service contracts
Train team members in technical and non-technical services
Ensure proper operation of buildings and implement continuous
improvements
