Position: Warehouse & Logistics Officer
As a Warehouse & Logistics Officer, you will manage daily operations
across areas like Goods Inwards, Main Stores, Sub Stores, Tool Stores, and
Line Maintenance Stores. This critical role ensures tools, materials, and
logistics support are provided efficiently, adhering to Emirates’
procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management: Oversee daily operations in warehouse
areas to optimize material flow and resource use.
Team Leadership: Supervise teams to meet operational targets
effectively.
Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate with maintenance teams and
stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain service level agreements.
Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating
Procedures (SOPs) and the Engineering Procedure Manual (EPM).
Performance Reporting: Analyze and report on shift performance,
identify deviations, and propose corrective measures.
Safety & Training: Lead daily briefings to discuss
performance, safety protocols, and special instructions.
Qualifications and Experience
Education: Completion of 12 years of schooling or
equivalent.
Experience: At least three years in warehouse and logistics,
preferably in aviation or MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul)
environments, with two years in a supervisory role.
Skills:
Proficiency in warehouse/inventory and ERP systems.
Strong reporting and analytical skills.
Knowledge of airworthiness regulations is an added advantage.
